How much physical activity do children under 5 years old need to do to keep healthy?

Being physically active every day is important for the healthy growth and development of babies,
toddlers and pre-schoolers. For Under 5's, any activity should be encouraged, whether light or
more energetic physical activity.

The amount of physical activity your child needs each week is determined by their age.
